Over the past three years, our collaboration has resulted in a fully revamped website, a robust online course library, and ongoing monthly support to keep their platform fresh, relevant, and user-friendly. 


By incorporating ClickUp into our project management processes, we’ve streamlined course production, managed ad hoc tasks, and provided detailed time tracking and reporting. Today, ICAPTS offers a diverse range of on-demand courses, course bundles, certification programs, cohort-led sessions, and live webinars. ICAPTS is a leading provider of professional financial training, empowering financial professionals across Africa. Historically, ICAPTS has focused on B2B partnerships with major banks and corporations, delivering large-scale training solutions.


However, with increasing demand for accessible online learning, ICAPTS sought to expand its offerings to individual learners (B2C), which required a more engaging online presence, enhanced course offerings, and operational efficiency in managing its expanding course library.


The Challenge

In the ongoing retainer phase, we continue to provide monthly support to ICAPTS, ensuring their Thinkific platform remains fresh and relevant. We help them release new content consistently, make the most of Thinkific’s new features and integrations, while also implementing payment plans and membership models to further expand their B2C offerings.
